FRANCIS JULIUS FIANKOR (LT. COLONEL)

FRANCIS JULIUS FIANKOR (LT. COLONEL), is a Ghanaian, born in the Volta Region of Ghana in 1959.  He is a graduate of the University of Ghana (LL. B. Hons 1982) and the Ghana School of Law (Qualifying Certificate in Professional Law 1984).  Lt. Colonel Fiankor was admitted to practice in Ghana as Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 1984.  He is also a graduate of the Ghana Military Academy where he was commissioned as a full officer in 1987.  Lt. Colonel Fiankor has participated in various peacekeeping operations.  In 1990, he was decorated with the United Nations Peacekeeping Medal.

JONATHAN R. MAGNUSEN

JONATHAN R. MAGNUSEN is a Ghanaian, born in Obuasi, Ghana, in April, 1960.  He is a graduate of the University of Ghana (BA Hons, 1982), the Ghana School of Law (Qualifying Certificate in Professional Law 1992) and the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London (LLM in International Business Law, 1995). Mr. Magnusen was admitted to practice in Ghana as Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 1992. He is also a Senior Diplomat in Ghana’s Foreign Service with extensive experience in the Ghana Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ghana High Commission in London, and the Ghana Embassies in The Netherlands, Germany and Morocco.

PETER HESSE-LAMPTEY

PETER HESSE-LAMPTEY, is a Ghanaian born in Osu, Accra in 1957.  He is a graduate of the University of Ghana (B.A. Hons 1981) and the Ghana School of Law (Qualifying Certificate in Professional Law 1992).  Mr. Hesse-Lamptey was admitted to practice in Ghana as Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 1993.  He also holds a double Masters Degree in MPA (1992) and M Phil (1993) from the University of Ghana. Mr. Hesse-Lamptey has several publications in the area of Public Administration to his credit.  He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Management.

EMMANUEL EFFAH ANNAN

EMMANUEL EFFAH ANNAN, is a Ghanaian born in Breman Asikuma in the Central Region of Ghana in 1966.  He is a graduate of the University of Ghana (LL.B. Hons 1991) and the Ghana School of Law (Qualifying Certificate in Professional Law 1993).  Mr. Annan was admitted to practice as a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 1993.
